1. First of all, the various noise symptoms generated by the synchronous belt
When the synchronous belt is running, there are usually five noise symptoms.
The belt screams or squeaks, the belt slaps, the belt wears, the belt grinds, and the belt makes abnormal noises.
The screaming or squeaking of the synchronous belt is caused by the sliding of the synchronous belt or the contamination of the belt by the liquid, while the slapping sound of the synchronous belt is caused by the loosening of the synchronous belt, the axis is not parallel during installation, or the synchronous belt is not fully engaged with the synchronous wheel, the wear sound of the synchronous belt is due to contact with the shielding body, friction occurs, and the wear of the synchronous belt is caused by the damage of the bearing; the reason for the abnormal noise of the belt is mainly due to the improper use of the synchronous belt.
In addition, the wear of the synchronous pulley or the fall of foreign matter into the synchronous pulley will also cause the noise of the synchronous belt.
2. Effective measures to solve noise
Screaming and squeaking can be alleviated by adjusting the tightness of the synchronous belt and wiping the synchronous belt and synchronous pulley; in the face of the clapping sound problem of the synchronous belt, the tightness of the synchronous belt can be readjusted, the synchronous belt and wheel with relatively low matching degree can be redesigned and installed, or the synchronous pulley needs to be adjusted and the bearing needs to be checked to redistribute the load to achieve effective solutions;
Another way is to repair and replace the protective cover in time and add lubricating oil to effectively improve the solution to the wear and grinding sound of the synchronous belt;
Finally, choose a synchronous belt of the correct size to achieve the maximum working efficiency of the meshing action, and clean the synchronous pulley and groove frequently to solve the abnormally loud noise problem of the synchronous belt.
