Quality is the touchstone of the market and the golden key to open the market. As a member of Jiangsu Bailit Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., everyone should have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, comprehensively improve "management awareness", "quality awareness", and "ideological awareness", and achieve zero tolerance for quality and zero defects in products.

In order to implement the quality month activities and make quality awareness deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the company has formulated a detailed activity plan, revised the production management system and conducted training, compiled the production knowledge and skills and organized discussion training, carried out equipment maintenance and lubrication knowledge training, organized intensive training on the key control points and key parameters of each process in the workshop, strengthened on-site management and standardized operation procedures, and strived to improve the work level and process control ability of employees. This quality month activity will also focus on training to enhance the awareness of details, treat work meticulously, and solve various small problems in a timely manner. At work, every tiny detail requires us to treat it seriously and professionally. If we are not careful at work, it is likely to cause quality accidents. The company also added a part-time process technician Li Chao in the workshop, focusing on supervising process execution, researching production technology, and promptly discovering and solving process problems. A part-time quality inspector Cheng Shiqin was added to focus on supervising that unqualified products do not flow into the next process, researching quality control points, and promptly discovering and solving quality problems.
